  I reindexed and still get a red error. What should I try next?
Make a copy of the Data file that is indicated by the alias in the error box. Then zip the data file to your hard drive and unzip it back to the ILS directory. Then reindex the data file.

  I am seeing information that is mixed from other records.
Run Dsalvage on all files. Use the following syntax to get a report of any corruped files. At a DOS prompt R:\ils type "Dsalvage -d R:\ILS\Custdata\*.dbf>report.doc" Review the list of DBF's and fix those that show corruption. You can ignore files that have NOTES, TEXT,.TXT, or CFG as part of the file name. Make sure to reindex all files that had corruption after running the fix.
