This site provides an
on-line searchable database of "ILS" support calls and resolutions as well as
documentation and FAQ's.
The support sections of this site are
password protected. Your specific

Current
developments - EDI main is complete for manually entering Bid Deal and Spar
numbers for weekly HP reporting. Final release
of the ILS Communication Engine (ICE) via XML from Tech Data and Synnex is
complete. Ingram will not support XML at this time. Return information
continues to cause the delay.
First Upgrade
due to delays with distributor return information will now include everything
below except the ILS Communication
engine and is available for those on version 1.11.
Multi-Vendor informational exchange (P.O., Serial #,
Shipping, Pricing, Availability) with ILS record updating using XML through
"ICE" (ILS Communication Engine). Now

Resource optimization of individual modules by modification
of PRG files for use in Windows 2000, NT, and XP operating system environments.

Modification necessary to enable month end closing using a
Windows 2000, NT, or XP machine. Now

Bug Fix for sales tax issues on freight when invoicing at
