This section of our web site will be devoted to ILS support and development efforts.  

 

This site provides an on-line searchable database of "ILS" support calls and resolutions as well as documentation and FAQ's. 

The support sections of this site are password protected.  Your specific password log in can be obtained by calling the "ILS" support hotline 1-800-648-2777. 

  

Note: Support will now be given on a best efforts basis.  Support charges will be billed on a per incident basis at $125 per hour.  Prepaid 5 - incident charge agreements will be available at a discounted rate of $500.    

 

How much is the license fee?  License fees have been discontinued as of January 1, 2007.

Current developments - No further development of ILS is anticipated at this time.  The user base has been reduced to a point that any development requests will now be considered a custom upgrade request and will be fully paid for by the requesting party.
